1.- To convert the guarantee, just show the certificate product at the place you made the purchasing.
2.- The company compromise is to repair the product and its defectives components with no extra charge.
3.- The repairing time will take no more than 30 days counted from the reception date. The certificate can be request any place that can convert effective.
THE GUARANTEE IS INVALID:
When the product was used under inappropriate conditions.
When the product has been altered or repaired by non authorized technician.
The customer could ask to make the guarantee effective inmediately at the authorized store where the buying was effected.
NOTICE: In case of guarantee certificate mislay, the customer can turn to his provider in order to ask for a new one after the respective invoice presentation.
